The EHS Junior Varsity Squad brought home the following:

Most improved trophy,
·
4 superior ribbons,
·
and 1 excellence ribbon.
The EHS Varsity Squad brought home the following:
·
1st place trophy for our cheer
routine,
·
2nd place trophy for our dance
routine,
·
5 superior ribbons,
·
the leadership award (tied with another school),
·
and a “hard working” trophy for consistently
working diligently throughout the week.
It is also with great pleasure to announce that three of our
students competed in and made the All-American team to perform in London and
New York. They are Ruby Marquez, Andrea
Collier, and Onysha Paxton.
Also, I’d like to mention that senior, Onysha Paxton, was
recognized as an outstanding cheerleader with qualities that UCA (Universal
Cheerleaders Association) is looking for.
In fact, they have asked her to return to be an instructor for UCA after
graduation.
